If riding sounds better than driving then Glenwood hosts reliable taxi services to shuttle you to almost anywhere else in the state. Taxis are available from Glenwood to DIA with one quick phone call. Another option that can be a great experience would be the Amtrak. Running daily from Glenwood to Denver, it offers a unique experience and spectacular views. Another option that could be a bit more affordable is the Greyhound bus system. With often more than one bus running from Glenwood to Denver and Grand Junction daily, Greyhound offers an affordable alternative.

RFTA provides commuter bus service from Aspen to Glenwood Springs, Glenwood to Rifle, intra-city service in Aspen and Glenwood Springs, ski shuttle service to the four Aspen Skiing Company ski areas, Maroon Bells Guided Bus Tours, and a variety of other seasonal services.
